Our venture capital fund is currently seeking development stage companies engaged in the research, development, manufacture, distribution, market and sale of novel new regulated consumer products for the healthcare industries. With our existing portfolio of companies engaged in the manufacture of dietary cosmetics, dietary supplements, functional foods, and pharmaceuticals, we not only provide potential venture capital investments financial capital, but the necessary pool of human capital to build a company. *We would like to know what your intended exit strategy is for both the venture capital investors, as well as the owner/managers of the company. Please note that we typically prefer long-term investments, which do not usually have traditional “venture capital” or “private equity” exit strategies of a sale, merger, or public offering.
